St Andrew’s Community Centre
– “The Link”

John S Macdonald Builders was proud to have been the main contractor on the redevelopment of the St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Community Centre in 2010. This community facility is 970 m2 and consists of  large kitchen, 2 lounges, sound proof media room and two others, also with built-in projectors, the wall between which can be folded back, with a sprung floor; perfect for dance groups. Outside is a basketball court for the youth, and parking for 50.  The building dated from the 1950’s and was in a dilapidated state, but careful renovation of the existing building, meant that the project came in at half the cost of a new building.
